This concept and the organization of the forces necessary to complete a task derived from the military was very well received in the field of projects management (ICT). Each organization as well as company usually has permanent division of responsibilities and established hierarchy. One of its huge advantages is absorption and release of resources within the enterprise in a flexible and fast way, but also a fully controllable. The last is particularly important in the projects where safety and quality of intellectual property are critical to the work (ICT).
