Cluster’s task is to build a permanent structure for the implementation of tasks resistant to stress-related challenges. Thus, cooperation between companies, Cluster members is obvious and essential. Cluster "Human Cloud" consists of companies that have great trust between each other and are ready to cooperate on many levels.
It is very important that the internal flow of information in the Cluster provides companies-members with the comfort of cooperation. The current assessment of the projects’ implementation allows to verify made decisions and to make some adjustments. Representatives of all the companies are involved in making important decisions as well as in the possibility of using the internal and external control tools.
As a result, the model of Cluster runs a great company with dedicated specialized departments.
The main objective of the Cluster is to develop common, new and complex technological and organizational solutions within the technology of project management by using highly qualified professionals and experts with unique skills with a focus on the initial phase of Cluster’s development on the information technology of ICT. The Cluster will also create organizational and technical conditions to carry out projects which excess personal resources of individual companies and thereby allow for the efficient use of the companies’ potential in the field of trans-regional and international levels.
In the long-term this relationship aims for development of information technology, communication between companies and project teams, the principles of cooperation and organization in expert teams of a matrix where the resources are located in different entities, in units of Research and Development and universities.
The Cluster should take important positions in domestic and international markets (export of professional services ICT) through the creation of new potential’ quality of and access to large quantities of scientists, experts and engineers involved in individual projects.
