In the projects carried out by the Cluster we are trying to use Agile project management methodologies (or its modifications) wherever possible. Agile methodology imposes a short loop between the allocation of tasks and the verification of results. This is very useful when teams are distributed, but also for teams working „in the same room."
Scrum methodology, in turn, imposes concise statements and critical attitude to the actions taken and the results obtained. It also strongly supports group decision-making and commitment in the team.
Introduction of Agile / Scrum methodology in connection with remote work allows wildly efficient use of the potential of the team, whose members may be geographically scattered. Using means of electronic communication in meetings makes the team is working without a hitch, even if this is an international team.
